CNEX Social Impact Pitching Workshop

The CNEX Hong Kong Social Impact Documentary Pitching Workshop (CNEX 社會影響力提案工作坊) was held from 12th to 15th  July 2024, at Eaton Workshop Hong Kong. This is a four-day intensive workshop including Masterclass by our 3 experienced mentors, one-on-one section, and documentary film screenings and sharing.   

A total of 6 projects had been selected to join this programme.

2015 Documentary Pitching Master Workshop 

Documentary Pitching Master Workshop 2015 (紀錄片提案大師班2015) is the third time pitching workshop organized by CNEX, aimed to let the  documentary filmmakers in Hong Kong to learn more about how to make a good pitching with  their film projects. The participants joined a 4 day workshop and have a simulated pitching section in the last section, which can let them to put their knowledge into practice. Total 8 teams of documentary filmmakers were selected to join this workshop.

• Ms. Ruby Yang (Oscars nominated Filmmaker from Hong Kong)
• Ms. Ho Chao-ti (Taiwan Documentary Director)

Documentary Pitching Master Workshop 2014 (紀錄片提案大師班2014) is the second time pitching workshop organized by CNEX, aimed to let documentary filmmakers in Hong Kong to learn more about how to make a good pitching with their film projects.

There were 9 teams of  filmmakers joined this project. 

Moreover, we have selected some good projects to join the advanced documentary  filmmaking workshop, which co-organized by The Sundance Institute and CNEX.

Documentary Pitching Master Workshop 2013 (紀錄片提案大師班2013) is the first time pitching workshop organized by CNEX,  aimed to let documentary filmmakers in Hong Kong to learn more about how to make a good pitching with their film projects.

There were 8 teams of  filmmakers joined this project. 

Moreover, we have selected some good projects to join the advanced documentary  filmmaking workshop, which co-organized by The Sundance Institute and CNEX. Also, the film won the best pitching project and the special mention will be nominated to join the  2013 CNEX Chinese Documentary Forum.
